It has recently come to my attention that adding the phrase "And I've never felt so ALIVE!" to the end of your sentences makes everything seem more exciting. "Longest tech meeting ever, and I've never felt so alive!" "I have a rash that won't go away, and I've never felt so alive!" "I totally shit my pants, AND I'VE NEVER FELT SO ALIVE!!!"

Totally works. And always situational appropriate. Always.
